At 21, I burned out. Fully.
Not a cute-overworked-girl burnout. A clinic-level, no-light-in-my-eyes kind of collapse. I checked into a clinic hoping it would help me rebuild. What I found was white bread, chemical food and a healthcare system that stripped me of both dignity and hope. After just two weeks, I left. Not knowing that walking out without a doctor’s note would cancel my access to therapy altogether. I came home, still burnt out, still shaking but at least I got my therapist I thought. When I sat down with my therapist, he said: "This is our last session." Not because I was healed. Because the system had decided I no longer qualified. That was the moment I stopped expecting healing from institutions and started creating it on my own terms. Over the next four years, I built what I now call my healing architecture. I explored somatic work, nutrition, energetic practices, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. That’s when I met Boris Dinjus, a TCM specialist who’s been running his acupuncture practice in Germany since 1993. His clinical depth and grounded approach were exactly what I needed. With his mentorship and care, I began to understand the body as a system of signals. We worked with infusions, acupuncture and ear acupressure — a method rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and supported by decades of practical application. I started seeing change. Subtle, but significant. We rebuilt me. Session by session. Panic. Gone. Sleep. Back. Appetite. Light. Life. Again. One thing surprised me the most: ear seeds. Tiny, almost invisible tools - and yet they changed everything. Except… they looked like beige medical tape stuck to my ears. And I was still me: a visual, fashion-forward woman who refused to shrink into “wellness gray.” It felt like I had to choose: Be the girl who heals - or be the girl who glows. That tension became the seed. And in March 2025, it became SORAÉ. A design-led ritual system. A new form of frequency you can wear. Healing tools that look like they belong on a runway - because they do. SORAÉ is not about self-care. It’s about self-command. About returning to yourself with elegance, structure, and presence. This isn’t my comeback story. It’s the beginning of a brand for every woman who doesn’t fit the system - because she was born to build her own.
